Comments:
PLEASE do not allow any loopholes to the Do Not Call Registry that will allow telemaketers to issue prerecorded messages to the telephone of a private residence. To violate the true intent of the Do Not Call Registry by allowing loopholes to telemarketers will be a gross violation of the FTC's commitment to protect consumers. If you make such a transgression by allowing unsolicited calls to a citizen's home, then you should provide the home telephone numbers of all FTC commission members to all U.S. consumers so we may call the commission members at home.
