I HATE the idea of a safe haven for telemarketers. What is the difference between dozens of dinnertime phone calls with a message at the other end and dozens of dinnertime phone calls with a person at the other end? One difference is that the automated calls tie up the phone line until they have finished their message, making it impossible to use the line until they are done-NOT a good thing. Please DO NOT do this.
