I oppose the amendment to the TSR allowing pre-recorded messages to be sent to comsumers. I "opted out" to avoid all sales calls, not just live calls to my phone. During the November 2004 election season, I saw what an annoyance pre-recorded messages could be and I do not want to have more for sales calls.
