I don't agree with allowing any sort of telephone solicition, even those with whom I have established a business relationship. The calls are invasive and bothersome and should be banned altogether. If I have a need for a service or a product, I know how to use the telephone to contact a vendor who provides the service or product that I am looking for. Essentially, this boils down to an invasion of privacy.
