Pre-reedorded ot not, it is still an interruption. All should be blocked. My private life has only improved with the messages blocked. It is more aggrevating knowing that you have to listen to the entire prerecporded message to have the opportjunity to ask to be removed from a list. Don't mess with what is working!!!!!!!!
