I hope this change does not occur. It is bad enough when a telemarketer calls during lunch or dinner, but when I get a call from a prerecorded message it is very disturbing. You have no-one to tell not to call you any more. How can a recorded message add you to their "do not call" list. There is a "do not call" list for a reason and people put their phone numbers on that list for a reason. Leave well enough alone.
