The proposed change is another example of a federal agency in this administration doing the bidding of a large lobby group at the expense of the public. The marketers can send long messges that tie up my phone and totally inconvience me. I live in a very rural area with marginal at best cell phone service. I do not want my phone tied up by some marketer. Thanks
