Comments:

My husband has had a stroke and any unsolicited phone calls confuse and upset him. Therefore, we want NO pre-recorded, nor any personal phone calls from telemarketers and none from political campaigns and 527 groups either (14 in one morning was enough!). With a prerecorded message, we do not even had the chance to request them to stop. These calls fill up the answering machine with undesirable trash and if we do not answer, they use automatic dials to turn to contact us victims up to seven times. If you let telemarketers call, you must require them to provide name, address, and a toll-free number that we can call to make them stop. You should also have provisions that we can sue them for harm and loss of mental health. Please do not allow this to happen. Thank you.
