Please do not allow passage of the proposed amendment regarding allowing telemarketing exceptions. Telemarketing is a nuisance and an invasion of privacy. It should be completely banned. It is a form of harrassment, and you are proposing to allow Americans the misery of having to deal with this disgusting form of sales.
