|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:I don't think a loophole should be inserted in the current Do Not Call Registry allowing "prerecorded message telemarketing" to american homes. If it must be allowed for any reason it should only be an "opt in plan" where those registered ask to be placed in such a new plan, not an "opt out plan" were everyone is put into the new plan and they must request to be removed from it. Thank you.
