I was very angry to read of this proposal to allow telemarketers to send pre-recorded messages on the phone. I believe the intent of the do not call list was quite clear, and do not understand how you can even consider allowing this. I had my fill of them during the political campaigns, and am not wild about hearing it on a regular basis. Racing to answer the phone only to hear a pre-recorded message would be even more irritating because I would not have a live human to ask to remove my name from their list. Which is probably why they want it. I beg you to turn this proposal down. sincerely, darcie hull
