I am strongly against such an amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule and believe that it would constitute fraud: consumers like me signed up for the express purpose of blocking such calls, and signed up in good faith. It's certainly distressing to see what was perceived as a consume protection policy being sold to the highest bidder!! Dena Rollo
