I have my name on the Colorado No Call list and have been happy with the results. I believe that any changes to existing guidelines, State or Federal, should only be made more stringent to further exclude any unwanted solicitation. Reducing standards and requirements on marketing groups would be a step backwards in the successes of such regulations.
