I am opposed to a loophole in the regulations to allow non 501-c-3 organizations to use pre-recorded messages to my do not call phone numbers(s). Just what part of Do Not Call Me do the tele marketers not understand???????? Have a back bone. Tell them NO. Thanking you in advance.
