Dear Sirs, I can not object to this new provision strongly enough. A machine recorded call cannot be reasoned with, or stopped. I am a heath care worker and work many nights, sleeping most days. These "annoyance" calls are the same as someone calling your home at 3am. Simply imagine someone calling your surgeon at 3am the night before your heart bypass, and you have some insight into the severity of this problem.
