I am totally oppposed to any relaxation of the TSR!! I believe it/they should be strengthened to prohibit call being made by any organization, especially political, unless I have requested the call or have opted to sign something that tells them I will accept them. As it is, the TSR doesn't stop near enough calls...and I am on the do-Not-Call list.
