Regarding the Voice Mail Broadcasting request to allow answering machine spam: Please DO NOT ALLOW any dilution of restrictions currently established by the Do Not Call Registry. This legislation has returned to Americans some degree of control over the marketing garbage that barrages us daily. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW pre-recorded message telemarketing back into our homes! If any changes are allowed, at least require the opt-in option. I do not want to listen to ANY answering machine junk mail!!!
