Boy am I excited about this new policy. NOT!!!!! May since the policy turns my personal answering machine into a tool for "legal" extortion and federally supported invasion into the privacy of my life that I expect to be paid by this same helpful government agency to keep and maintain an answering machine for this purpose. NO PRE-RECORDED TELEMARKETING MESSAGES, PLEASE!!!!!! BTW what idiot dreamed this one up!!!!??????
