Comments:

The wording "to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship" is vague. What is an established business relationship? I paid for equipment (answear machine, phone set, PC, etc) and continue to pay for communication services for my on private use. WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE TELEMARCKETERS EQUIPMENT FOR MY PERSONAL USE? I did not purchase the equipment or communication services for a business to make money. My private phone service, paid for by me, is for my on personal use. Would the telemarketers like to reimburse me for the use of my equipment? I have had to call several times to remove my employers business FAX number from unsolicited advertisements and services. This has cost my employer in supplies for paper, toner and time.
