Comments:
Do not even consider allowing pre-recorded messages to be phoned to people on the National Do Not Call List. I do not care if I have done business with them or not, they have no business calling me unless it is to return that specific call. This is an attempt of telemarketing firms to make the National Do Not Call List impotent. Before the National Do Not Call List existed I considered getting rid of my telephone entirely because of all the pain in the ass telemarketers. Don’t give them a chance to start this harassment all over again.
