Most telemarketer phone calls I receive (since both my husband and I work) are in the evenings and on the weekends. I am ususally in the middle of preparing dinner or am just trying to relax for the first time that day. It is a real nuisance to have to answer the phone, thinking it might be something important, only to find it is a telemarketer who won't take NO for an answer. Although prerecorded messages can be hung up on, the nuisance factor is still there. I pay for my phone service and should be able to determine who can, or in this case, cannot call me. The phone also disturbs our animals during the day when it rings and wakes them up. Please don't allow this loophole for prerecorded telemarketing to occur. Thanks.
