How kind not to ask for my phone number above... I think the proposal is a bit on the obsured side. The list was created to protect people from recieving solicitations they do not wish to recieve. It makes no sense to allow loopholes in this system. If a person states in writing that they do not wish to recieve these phone calls that should be the end of it. The definition of unwanted solicitations is not a gray area. I have no desire to have anything marketed to me over the phone. I see more advertisements in one day than citizens of other countries see in a life time. Enough is enough. I'm a good little consumer. I spend my money and save for the future so I can continue to spend money. Why should I be punished with a constant barage of advertising in every form posible. God help this country, because the marketing agency certainly wont.
