Please do not change the do not call list to allow pre-recorded voicemail. This will fill up answering machines and voice mail systems with partial messages. In addition, these systems do not allow you to interupt the voice broadcast to request removal or opt-out. Your inbound line is tied up while the voice broadcast is transmitting, you cannot stop it. Don't ruin a good thing.
