I am extremely opposed to any changes in the Telemarketing Sales Rule that would allow MORE opportunities for any additional marketing even if there is an exisiting business relationship with that company. Once TSR was implemented, I was elated that I could answer the phone without screening to make sure it was not a telemarketer. TSR is the best ruling I have seen enacted in my lifetime and would encourage the FTC to enhance it to once and for all remove ALL calls of solicitation especially existing business relationshiop, charities, and surveys. The reason being is that now, these call have increased dramatically in the past few months. Just today I recieved three calls from the same company looking for product upgrages. So with that I beg you to please at the minium, leave TSR alone. Many thanks for the opportunity to voice my opinion. Sincerely, Joe Mirabella
