Comments:
The FTC must reject any effort from telemarketers which would further encourage the practice of invading our homes with pre-recorded tripe which would consume important minutes on answering services the use of which should be limited to legitimate personal and buisness messages. This backdoor attempt to subvert the intent of the do not call registry must not be permitted to stand.
