I am adamantly against any change that allows "telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship." This is nothing more than an evasion of privacy. FTC should be protecting peoples' rights from this practice. I pay extra to USWest to have an unlisted phone number to try to prevent these sorts of annoying calls from sales reps. I can't stop the automated ones. Subject us to telephony spamming like this should not even be something the FTC would consider.
