Unbelieveable! Countering the wishes of 64 MILLION people who have resoundingly said DO NOT CALL! Now they are going to put in another loophole for the pre-recorded messages along with the politicians. Doesn't anyone ever listen to the public? We said DO NOT CALL! that should be sufficient. My telephone is mine, I should be able to control it. If you want to implement this change, and I have no doubt you will, make it so we have to OPT-IN to receive these messages. I'll bet only 50 individuals out of 64 million are stupid enough to opt-in. Find something else to do to waste your time instead of screwing the public! Hooray for caller-ID so I can screen my calls although I shouldn't have to. But, what the heck, this is politics as usual.
