Dear Sirs, I am opposed to any loosening of restrictions on telemarketers. I oppose changing or amending the rules governing telemarketers. Have the FCC change their rules to match yours and close this loop hole totally. The people have given you their very strong opinion about telemarketing by overwhelming support of the do not call list. Do not change it in any way. Thank you, Marietta Swain
