Comments:
I reject any amendment to the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule that could dilute its effectiveness in preventing unwanted phone calls. Furthermore, I should never have to opt-out of telemarketers call lists as a means to secure my peace. I support rules that require me to have opted-in to the telemarketers call list, before they are allowed to "give" me a call.
