I would like to comment on FTC rules regulating spam telephone calls. I am one of millioins who signed up to stop the calls and now I understand FTC will change the rules which will negate any requests for stoppage of spam calls to the contrary... By going along with organizations that put pressure on FTC and not listening to the request of millions of individuals seems counterproductive to the mission of FTC..
