I am absolutely opposed to any change that would allow telemarketers to call me, whether I have previously done business with the company or not. If you have any doubt, you have only to contact the people on the Do Not Call List and ask them to vote on this issue. I have no doubt they would favor the highest level of restriction. I hope the telemarketers do not slip this one through.
