Comments:
This proposed rule would create a flagrant loop-hole that would allow telemarketing companies to violate the intent of the national Do Not Call Registry. Over 66 million Americans have signed up for the Do Not Call Registry, making it one of the most universally approved of acts of legislation in this country. Please do not desecrate the choice that those 66 millions Americans have made by passing this proposed change to the Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales.
