I wish to register my opposition to the proposed amendment "to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship" and to otherwise broaden the use of prerecorded telemarketing calls. The American public's embrace of the current "Do Not Call" list is evidence that WE DON'T WANT TO BE CALLED BY TELEMARKETERS, even if the telemarketers say we do. And we especially don't want to be called by a computer.
