Are you crazy???? We probably receive more unsolicited calls now, after the institution of the do-not-call registry than before. Student loan refinancers are the worst and most prevalent. Automated calls, like you are proposing to exempt, tie up the phone during the duration of the call and fill up the answering machine. Before you start creating more loopholes, you need to start vigorously enforcing the ban. I have contacted Senator DeWine regarding you failure to enforce the ban, with no response. Telemarketers are ignoring the ban and I despise receiving all of the unsolicited calls. It starts at 9:00 AM and continues until 9:00 PM every day. I hate it.
