Please do NOT make the change that would allow prerecorded calls under "established business relationship" exemption. (Eliminating the exemption altogether would be a far better step.) The Do Not Call list has been a tremendous success; greatly reducing the number of unwanted phone calls coming in to our home. The telemarketing industry likes to say that people appreciate being notified of "sales" and "special offers." Believe me, there are plenty of other channels to receive such information already! I'll "opt in" if I want to receive any more. Thanks very much.
