Dear FTC, PLEASE don't allow pre-recorded calls! Even to an organization with which I have an "established business relationship". I LOVE being able to answer the telephone again! No more unsolicited calls, except from nonprofits. Your Do Not Call list has been a Godsend, and I would hate to see it subverted. Thank you, Joe Luttrell
