I can't beleive you guys are considering loosening the rules for telemarketers. This is a bad decision. I don't want any phone calls from marketers ever. Not a live call, and certainly not a pre-recorded call. Please do not make this change. Isn't it clear that citizens don't like getting marketing calls at home? Customers who want calls can opt-in. This is the best system, period. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!
