I am against allowing telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to me by anyone, including those with whom I have a prior business relationship. I am in favor of an opt-in system where you can subscribe to those calls. The fact that I bought a bread from the baker on the corner, should not give him the right to place unsolicited calls to my residence. The FTC do-not-call list has, to my pleasure, eliminated all unwanted calls to my residence. I would like to keep it this way. Thanks. Rudolf.
