Please do not loosen the restrictions on telemarketers. I receive a pre-recorded message about once a week and believe me it is just as annoying as if it were "live". We put ourselves on a Do Not Call list for a reason, if you ease up on the restrictions you might as well burn the Do Not Call list. If the restrictions are lessened then it just means it was just a temporary sop by the Bush administration, they didn't mean it all along.
