I have issues with companies allowed to send pre-recorded messages. I do not like solicitations at my home either in person or via telephone. I have a sign on my door not to be bothered by solictors of any kind and I expect the same of my phone. I pay for my phone service and expect control over my numbers. It's an invasion of privacy to be bothered and costs me money if it comes in on my cell phone. If any change is made it should be a opt in system since the person who wants the junk calls will be able to receive those types of calls.
