I am unalterably opposed to the proposed amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule, that would allow telemarketers to end run around the Do Not Call list that was recently enacted. Please do not gut the provisions of the Do Not Call system by agreeing to the petition submitted by the Voice Mail Broadcasting Corp. Thank you. Raymond Feldman
