I am adamantly opposed to the Direct Marketing Association initiative to relax current FTC requirements on the Do Not Call List. The reqirement to opt-out for each of thousands of vendors making unwanted calls to stop them is not acceptable. I also oppose defining a pre-existing relationship as anytime I use my credit card with a merchant. Do not relax the existing requirements for the Do Not Call List
