Please do not weaken the Do Not Call rules. Any changes should strengthen them to reduce or eliminate the currently allowable calls from companies that I have done business with as we still get too many calls. Personally, I find Voice Mail Broadcastings arguements disagreable - I do not want to be called because a store is having a sale, I do find telemarketing calls annoying, eeven when I have been a customer of the company. The telepone is a very disruptive media, I resent the intrusion of such unsolicited phone calls. And it is ridiculous to consider a system where the consumer has to opt out of calls on a company by company basis.
