Please do not soften rules to current "Do not Call" lists. Especially do not allow easier access to the telemarketeers to deluge my phone with pre-recrded messages. This industry must not be allowed to call at their time and wish. Even against the law my phone rings with unwanted calls violating current rules illegally.
