I implore you not to pass this amendment or make any other changes to the Telemarketing Sales Rule that gives these companies more avenues to disrupt and invade my privacy. If I want to buy something from these people, I will call them myself. I don't need them to call and stalk me (and that goes for companies I have a business relationship as well).
