Please do not allow the "do not call loophole" to be used. It is such a pleasure to be on the do not call list and recieve very few calls. Automated pre-recorded calls are the worst!!! Sometimes you can't even hang up if you want to use your own phone. Frequently they redial you if you do try to hang up. My personal phone is just that and I do not want it used for solicitations.
