I unlisted my home phone 10 years ago to avoid unsolicited calls and now enjoy not receiving any unsolicited calls except for those allowed by law. Even with them I request to be removed from their list. I strongly object to any relaxing of the rules restricting telemarketers. I pay to have phone service for my personal use only. I object to receiving any unsolicited calls coming from humans or computers.
