Dear FTC Please do not make the changes suggested in this proposed rule. The current DoNotCall list and regulations have been a significant success. Allowing these automated interruptions in our lives by advertisers is a nasty return to the pre DoNot Call madness allowing these companies and their agents to use a resource that we are paying for, our telphones, as a means of harassing us. i do not wish to hear recorded messages from every company with whom I have done business in the past. Please , no telephone SPAM. Thank you
