Dear FTC: Please do not loosen restrictions on telemarketers by allowing prerecorded calls from companies that have business relationships. Just because someone uses a credit card numerous times with businesses, that does not imply that we want to be contacted by telemarketers! In fact I personnaly do not ever want a call from a telemarketer. Businesses can advertise using other media. Please do not allow telemarketing unless we consumers choose to "Opt In" Thank you for this response system
