Comments:
I do NOT want the FTC to amend the Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message. The national Do Not Call List has worked beautifully for my family, and I do NOT want the rule amended. Rather, I would like to see the FCC change its rules to match the more strict rules of the FTC. Thank you very much.
